Do these cameras work without a Vietnamese phone number?
Yes. EZVIZ and Imou apps work with international email accounts and any country's mobile number. Cloud storage works globally.
Can I take cameras with me when I leave Vietnam?
Yes. EZVIZ and Imou are global brands — devices keep working anywhere with WiFi. Just re-pair to your new home network.
How does installation work for serviced apartments?
Indoor cameras need no permanent installation — they sit on shelves or stick with 3M tape. Wireless battery cameras (e.g. Imou Cell Go) are also great for renters. We can arrange landlord-friendly options on request.
What about data privacy?
Cameras use AES encryption on transmission and storage (per manufacturer specs — see EZVIZ and Imou privacy policies). EZVIZ Cloud is operated by Hikvision; Imou Cloud by Dahua. SolarCam.Ai is the local retailer and never has access to your camera data.
